Virginia Motorsports is UVA's Formula SAE team. Each year it designs, builds, and races a formula-style race car. I worked on the wing design sub-team, on the car's front wing.

Wing Design Sub-Team

Designed and iterated front-wing airfoil geometries in Fusion 360; ran parametric CFD in ANSYS to evaluate angle-of-attack performance and identify the best configurations.
Contributed to full-vehicle airflow analysis, modeling braking and acceleration cases through front and rear ride-height changes.
